First Cape Verdean Memorial Monument in U.S. unveiled Saturday

The Cape Verdean Veterans Memorial Project unveiled the first monument in the nation that honors the military service of men and women of Cape Verdean descent at the Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery Saturday.
