The Savoy Palace made its debut in Madeira, Portugal, this summer, expanding and elevating the Savoy Signature portfolio, a family-owned collection of historic hotels and resorts on the scenic Portuguese island in the Atlantic, about about a two-hour flight from Lisbon.
